About the Role:

• Looking for a passionate Trainee Software Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining Python-based web applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Work with frameworks such as Django, DRF, FastAPI, etc.
• Collaborate with senior developers to troubleshoot and debug issues.
• Learn and implement best coding practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Engage in code reviews and contribute to team discussions.
• Work with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• Stay updated with new technologies and continuously enhance skills.

Requirements:

• 🎓 Education: No Degrees Needed. If you love coding, problem-solving, and building projects, you’re welcome!
• 🐍 Programming Skills: Good foundational knowledge of Python and its ecosystem.
• 🚀 Frameworks: Basic experience or knowledge of Django / Flask / FastAPI.
• 🗄️ Databases: Familiarity with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB).
• 🔄 Version Control: Understanding of Git & GitHub/GitLab.
• 🤔 Problem-Solving: Logical thinking and analytical mindset.
• 📚 Learning Attitude: Strong willingness to learn new technologies and improve coding and engineering skills.
• 💬 Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Bangla.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills):

• ⭐ Basic knowledge of JavaScript, React.
• 🐳 Understanding of Docker & containerization.
• 💻 Prior internship or personal projects in Python development.

Salary & Benefits:

• 💰 Initial Salary: 10,000 BDT per month (Trainee Period).
• ⏳ Trainee Period: 4-6 months (Based on performance).
• 📈 Salary Revision: After the trainee period, based on performance.
• 🏖 Weekends: 2 days (Friday & Saturday).
• 📅 Other Holidays: Regular
